Coincidentally, my birthday and the new year roll around simultaneously. With that being the case, I can literally look back on a year and a year of my life. I like it that way.
2009. sheesh.
21. My goodness.
2009 and 21 have been very vivid instances in my life, that I have thought of trading for another chance. Many things have happened to me, through me, and for me, all of which contributing to my evolution as a person.
I've discovered new interests and lost old ones that were meant for a person I was.
Death came to life, and the burn of tears were not foreign to my eyes.
I think I genuinely hated (to think i felt?), for the first time, although for a moment in time.
Thinking of everything that happened in 2009, strenuously planning 2010 would almost be a waste. I believe it was John Lennon who said "life is what happens when you're busy making plans," and that was 2009 for me.
